Pet Policy

Laguna Art-A-Fair complies with the federal ADA rules and California laws regarding pet public access, and therefore allows service animals trained to perform a task directly related to a person’s disability. However, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals DO NOT qualify as service animals per both federal and state guidelines, and are not allowed. 

Anyone fraudulently representing themselves as a service animal owner will be prosecuted under CA Penal Code 365.7.
