About Agnes Copeland
"I like to interpret rather than duplicate the subject matter; my paintings are a joyful reaction to places and things. I use color, composition and a good dose of whimsy to interpret what I see, resulting in something creative and original, while still recognizable."
Agnes Copeland has steeped herself in art history and design, watercolor and other art workshops. For more than 27 years she has painted and participated in some of Southern California's largest art venues.
